MACHINE PLACEMENT
Off load the Shear-line from transport using a fork lift truck with extended forks, 2.5 tone capacity.
FLOOR SURFACE
Ensure that the Shear‐Line is place on a level surface, any minor differences can be adjusted with the threaded feet.
SURROUNDING AREA
Ensure that the machine has a free space of two meters from the surrounding area. This will allow for an easy sleeve change and access.
ELECTRICAL SUPPLY
Use only a qualified electrician to connect the electrical supply to the machine. 220V 50Hz.
MACHINE LEVELLING
After your Shear-Line properly positioned you can now adjust the feet bolts in each corner of the base frame using a spirit level, please refer to the operators manual for more details.
